It makes a really fun twist on an italian salad dressing when paired with lemongrass or grapefruit balsamic. Mix it with blueberry balsamic & our Tuscan farmhouse herbs for a marinade for pork.
Pairings: Lemongrass balsamic, grapefruit balsamic, blueberry balsamic, peach balsamic, lemon balsamic, or any of our aged balsamic vinegars (especially the white cask 8!). Mix with garlic or shallot olive oil too. Depending on the dish, it pairs well with most vinegars.
