This white balsamic vinegar is made in Modena, Italy, from local grapes and aged in oak barrels. The peaches are picked perfectly ripe, crushed and left to ferment naturally , then added for a sweet and fruity vinegar. We recommend it on red meat and game, green and fruit salads, fish, ice cream, and fresh soft mild cheeses.
Mix (roughly) 30% of cask 25 balsamic, 25% of walnut balsamic, 25% of smoke balsamic, & ~20% peach balsamic for a fantastic glaze to smoke or grill meats!

Pairings: Basil oil, chipotle oil, lemon oil, italian herb oil, pesto oil, rosemary oil, or cilantro olive oil. Mix with bourbon balsamic vinegar.
