Use on fresh fruit, pecan and walnut pieces, and fine cheeses. Drizzle over asparagus, wild rice, roasted vegetables, oysters, grilled fish, meats and poultry. Add a splash to sautéing meats and vegetables, use as a light marinade for pork and fish.
Pairings: Pesto oil, basil oil, garlic oil, or pretty much any herb olive oil, butter oil, lemon oil, lime oil, blood orange oil, or pretty much any spicy olive oil. Toasted sesame oil.
