This balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, is blended with real fruit juice. It is sweet and sour, and intensely fruity. We suggest serving it over fruit, mixed with yoghurt, as a glaze for grilled chicken or fish, or on a salad with your favorite extra virgin olive oil. Beside the standards, drizzle over grilled artichokes right before serving with a little Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil. For a simple, but incredibly delicious salad, toss it with fresh garden tomatoes, ripe avocado and sweet vidalia onion. A favorite in yogurt, on oatmeal or as a beverage booster.
