This balsamic mixes the rich sweet flavors of caramelized onions with those of a well aged balsamic making for a fabulous condiment that plays the sweetness of the caramelized onions off the slight sourness of the vinegar. Use it to add a special unusual element to any dish that would be good with caramelized onions from pasta to grilled or braised meats. Use it by itself as a marinade or make a burger really stand out with a light drizzle of this wonderful condiment on it.
It's a fantastic balsamic to pair with cheeses or a charcuterie board. I personally use this exclusively on my grilled cheese.
