Our bourbon balsamic was suggested to us by one of our employees. She thought that it would be a great glaze on grilled red meats, and she was right about that. This balsamic has all the subtle flavors of a well aged bourbon like strong notes of vanilla, a fruity spiciness and even the subtle effects of aging in charred barrels. When used in cooking, think of it as a great ingredient wherever you might want the vanilla and fruit flavors imparted by bourbon without the overpowering alcohol flavors.
