Pair this balsamic vinegar with nutty flavors or bold fall spices like cinnamon and clove. While the flavor of stone fruit makes it well suited for all kinds of recipes, try drizzling over grilled chicken or enjoy over vanilla ice cream with crushed amaretto cookies.
Mix (roughly) 30% of cask 25 balsamic, 25% of walnut balsamic, 25% of smoke balsamic, & ~20% apricot balsamic for a fantastic glaze to smoke or grill meats!
